This process was so confusing. We had to do online couldn't just go in store and do it. I had to adjust pick up date so called 1800 number she adjusted pick up day but changed return day without consent. So when we went to pay it charged me way more and staff wouldn't adjust then said had to be done at drop off. Then no directions how to drop off again called directions didn't match what website offered. So had to call place next day because they were not open on Sunday to try and get refund. This whole process was a nightmare. Hope I never have to use again!!!

TRAVIS MI had to go to two U Haul locations before I found Knights. The first one made me download the UHaul app and then didn't know how to work it. He was able to reserve a trailer for me but couldn't work the app so I could find where to pick it up. That was Backyard Storage. Then I went to Brookhaven Mini Storage and the lady there didn't know how to work the app but she called someone at home and they were able to tell me where to go. Plus I was told by Backyard storage that they were not allowed to hook trailer up for me. I can not see how that is possible. What if I hooked the trailer up wrong.
