Kokomoz was great to work with and they were happy to answer all my questions. The truck was in excellent condition. I picked the truck up after Kokomoz was closed so I had to use the U-Haul app for pickup. Unfortunately the U-Haul mobile app didn't work for me. Fortunately, I had brought with me the U-Haul Customer Service telephone number. Eventually, I got connected to U-Haul Truckshare and a very nice person worked me thru entire contract and pickup process using their website. We also could not add an extra driver using the mobile app. My additional driver could not upload photos of his license using the mobile app. Another phone call and some back door process led to success. The mobile app needs a lot of work, but I have to say the overall rental was very cost effective and the U-Haul support people were excellent. Overall an excellent experience.

From where I picked the U-Haul up at was 7-8 miles to point a is where the cargo was picked up to take the Buckingham. Then at least 2 to 3 miles to the Buckingham U-Haul drop off.. that’s pretty shady that I got charged right at 40 extra dollars.

Henry WIn a very bad location in terms of safety. Also the app didn’t work well as it was not explained that pick up was an exact time. Would have assumed it was an estimate. T Van that I used had low tire pressure and the check engine light was on. Definitely would not go there again.

stephen lI got there and the truck I had paid for was not available. The clerk at the store was very pleasant but said he only had vans, and I had requested a 10ft truck. This is simply unacceptable. The Uhaul person I spoke with on the phone, said that this happens due to people sometimes returning trucks late. Yes, I believe that could be the case, but likely not here as there were no truck later that day or the next day or the day after..... Again, clerks at the store were pleasant, but Uhaul as a whole no way. I was about to book a state to state move with Uhaul pods in June but decided to go with a different company after this experience. What f Uhaul simply doesnt deliver my pods on time??? I cant take that risk. Do better.
