Tony and his wife and family were amazing. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to UHaul, though. Even with reserving a truck in advance, I was asked by UHaul to change my pick up location to Kong Customs (a location 6 miles out from its needed destination), because the size truck I had reserved wasn’t available. I understand logistics can be tricky. So I took time to drive further out of my way. I never changed my drop off location and Tony said it was acceptable to drop off at my originally chosen pick up and drop off spot at UHaul’s 35E Denton location. But now I’m being charged for “Wrong Drop Off Location”? Again, Kong Customs is a good steward for UHaul’s brand and are wonderful people, but UHaul itself seems a bit disconnected about what was needed for this rental.

Kongs Kustoms, LLC is a family-owned business and for weekend pick-ups the owner said it was a good thing that I called ahead of time to confirm availability and best time to arrive. I was in and out in now time at all. I give Kongs Kustoms a 10 of 10.
Jeffrey SI was disturbed that I was not able to pick up the truck at my chosen location. I had to drive a lot further to this location even though I saw several trucks at my location of choice as I drove by it having to drive the extra miles to the location I was diverted to.
