Make sure the person you're dealing with is punctual. I had to wait outside of the building for like an hour and a half. Unprofessional the young lady that did mine reservation gave me the wrong vehicle. I had to suffer with that when I had to go to another building pick up the vehicle. Very very sad situation. I lost time and had to use a vehicle that wasn't enough for what I needed to do. I would never use them again

Provider left his number on the door of the building, did not answer for a couple of tries. Finally answered, showed up late, had to wait, and was driving to provide the wrong dolly because my end location was Atlanta.
