This company does not have any work work ethics. Lets start with the fact that my reservation was made 3 weeks in advance. We had planned a move from CA to IL and the day prior I received a call that the truck i had reserved was 50 miles away. That the location I had reserved it from did not have it. My question was "you have 24 hrs still for me to get it, why can you bring it all the way to thw location I made the reservation from?" The customer service representative went on and on about people making 3 months in advance and still not getting their equipment on-time and from where they reserved. This company made me so much more stressed out for this move and only because they cannot get their process together. I agreed to get the truck at little rock at the time and date the Customer service representative reserved it for. As my husband is arriving there with my father in law, I get a call from the little rock location sayubg the truck was not there yet. My husband had to come back now 100 miles driven and wait 2 more hours for the truck to apparently arrive at 5pm. The previous user did not turn in the truck on time and delayed us one whole day of travel. My husband had to be in IL at a certain time and we had to change hotel reservations, which had fees, had to change appointments with house railtors and delay everything because UHaul did not have the right process of reservation and amount of equipment for the amount of rsvps that were being placed. I also had a auto trasport which i had to puck up at the long beach location which never picked up the phone after putting me on hold. Upon arriving in IL, the reservation at Melrpse Park was no where to be found, and the representative had to start my reservation all over again. When people are moving, and specially across the country the only thing they hope is that the company they are trusting in can get it together and not make this more difficult. My stress level was already high enough to have to deal with the amount of time I spent on the phone with people who just gave me excuses and not solutions. The 100 miles extra do not make up for the amount of stress piled up on us due to the lack of communication this company has. This is the last time I use Uhaul and to think I have my parents and sibling doing the same move in a matter of months.ANDREW WAYNE M.
I took the time to fill our the pre-checkout information on my cell phone; but it still too over a half hour to check out and get my truck, which had not been washed since the rainstorm 3 days earlier.john Y.

I did not select the insurance yet I was charged anyways and the employees would not fix it for me which was very annoying. Then the tank was below half and the girl said it was fine just to make sure it was at the same when returned, when I returned I had the fuel where it was supposed to be, and the guy tried to charge me for not filling it to half complaining there was no notes. Overall they were not on the same page. But they had equipment and was clean.Taylor W.

1. make sure there is gas in truck. mine was empty. 2. have truck clean and ready. i waited while the woman cleaned out back of truck. 3. dont overcharge for insurance not wanted. don't tell the next victim you don't know how to take that charge off forcing unwanted insurance. 4. if you are smart don't use this location in littlerock. I rented a trailer I rented a truck for a one way trip and was charged the wrong mileage the overall experience was poor and wouldn't recommend that to anyone elseJOHN L.

Become independent and get away from the routers that cancel clients reservations , This place was great i reserved the same truck for 1 week away all good, the routers for U-Haul stole my truck put my rental at a different place 10 miles plus away when asked if the would wave the extra miles to the different location they said no when I talked with them they said per truck availability So bottom line when I reserved the truck it was available from the same dealer I used and liked, somebody gave a kick back in Canyon country California and they took my truck away. I don't trust U-Haul anymore whos knows if they'll have a truck for you reservation or not. I request somebody from U-Haul contact me.Bill S.
It's hard to fill up the gas tank when there is a locking gas cap and there is no key and it's 9 at night. We left a note for the owner. It depends on how they handle this whether we go here again.Eli C.
