I believe I was charged for a fee that I did agree too. Safe move? $15. Never explained what that was for. Was told 1/3 tank in truck but only 118 miles left on estimated distance. The night before I got two phone calls about my reservation. The truck I needed was not available? I had to go further to get truck at another location. My uhaul app showed no problem with my reservation. I got two calls between 5/6 pm and the people from uhaul were very confusing. Won’t use uhaul anymore.

Clemente RI even called the day before to make sure the utility dolly would be in the truck, because I've rented from this location before and it wasn't there. And once again, no utility dolly in truck, and I was charged for it.

Ryan SOn the newer cargo van, some people might not realize that there is an emergency brake button you have to press to unlock it. Unless you look at the dash, you won't know that the emergency brake locks every time you put the van in park. It doesn't make any noise, you only know because of the P symbol on the dash.

Micah FOwner was friendly but he did not submit the information as he said he would at 10:45 at night when I returned the truck within 12 hours and only used maybe 14 miles on the odometer and filled back the gas I used and I was charged twice for a single rental
