The car hauler was functional. Had to inflate the passenger side rear tire that was low and the hold down ratchet on the drivers side worked fine when securing the vehicle. Did not work correctly when removing from the tire. Had to use a screwdriver to help remove the strap. Inspect trailer before renting
James HUhaul key dropbox should be placed in a place that is more visible/prominent. I had to tour the building 3 times before I saw that the key drop box was located in a container beside the offie building
