Joel KThe truck was almost brand new, only 8900 miles on it when I got it. It was great to drive, and we were able to accomplish everything we needed to do. The folks at Krenek's Tractor Repair were very helpful. The only issue was that I ordered three dozen packing blankets, and none were available at the location. I'm not sure who dropped the ball on that, but it sure would have been helpful to have those blankets. All-in-all, a great experience, and I would highly recommend Krenek's.

Henry KMy initial drop off location was Mallory’s in Burton, TX. It is terrible. The worker would not leave her station, they had no wheel checks, and no tongue jack. The 6x12 trailer I rented was too heavy to lift off my truck by myself. All this after driving 25 miles out of my way to drop it off here. U-Haul should dis-associate itself from this location.
