Everything. No one was there to help me, I didn’t receive the proper discount for a truck and trailer bundle and the guy on the phone didn’t know how to fix it, I had to hook the trailer up myself-and I even told the guy in the phone I had just had surgery and he was not at all sympathetic and then went into a rant about the manager and not getting paid enough. This was wildly unacceptable and uhaul has only offered a $50 refund, hasn’t fixed the discount and hasn’t offered any other refund to the absolutely abysmal service.

Kanvin RVery Weird Vibes inside this location. The store/office was dirty and cluttered. The staff did not know how to use the computer system. One staff member was too busy playing halo to help me with the return. The primary clerk made me do the return on my cell phone. It required her Uhaul password. It seemed like there was probably some drug use here. I will never return here. I have already told family and friends to avoid this location.
