Trailer was not swept out .I did sweep it out after my use. Everything else was great will come back again.

CAMERA WThere was some garage left in cab of truck and back of truck left from person who rented before us like plastic from something and plastic water bottles. I threw their trash into the garbage. Other than that it was a great experience.

AMBER CThe back of the van was dirty and had water or liquid in the middle of it. I had to cover it with a rug to not get mattresses dirty. My paperwork sited the miles of the van at 28252. When I got into the van, it was actually 28258. Even after bringing this to their attention, I was charged for the extra miles. I guess it may seem like no big deal, however if this is happening to a lot of customers, this is a true sign of a lack of integrity. Word to the wise, check the mileage yourself and ask for new paperwork if there is a difference. Otherwise, this location always has a nice option of trucks and they're conveniently located.
MARY SWhile the Pa. pick up site said the Neenah drop off site did not exist and gave many texts insisting on our calling for help, the U-Haul web site was accurate and the drop off site was near to our destination.
SUSAN EWindshield was filthy dirty. Other than that, the interior of the van was clean enough.

Larry MWe reserved a 26' truck for p/u in West Allis, WI with 10 days advance notice. The day before p/u we were notified they didn't have our truck and we had to drive almost 2 hours away to pick it up. I was beyond pissed!! We were moving cross country and didnt have 4 hours to spare. Completely unacceptable.
JEFFREY HUpdate the app to be able to correctly use location services or let clients know if the service is down. I spent an hour trying to pick up my truck because I did not know that location services was not working. Ensure the back of the truck is clean and free of bad smells because that is where the items are being transported. Mine smelled aweful and I had to febreze it before being able to use. Start each customer with a full tank of gas so they know exactly how much they used and need to refill.
Nicole LWhen I got home with the truck I noticed there was a combination padlock on the back. I called Krueger's and nobody had any idea what the combination was or why the truck was locked. I had to drive back and get another truck. Meanwhile, I had a crew of people at my house to help me move and all of this set us back over an hour. It was ridiculous. I asked the person working at Krueger's for some sort of compensation such as free mileage or something. He said shouldn't be a problem, but it never happened. This was very disappointing. I will probably rent from somewhere else next time.

Derek FThe computer system was down when I arrived to pick up my UHaul. It seemed more like a UHaul issue than this specific location. It took longer than I would have liked when I had a long day ahead, but to their credit, they gave me the keys and let me get on my way without being able to fully access and check me out, which I appreciated.

STEVEN K2 tires had low air pressure and the cargo area was very dirty. One tire had 50 psi and the other was at 70 psi.

Cory WImprove your online check-in experience! Also improve your in-person experience. The PEOPLE and LOCATION were great. Your systems suck. Online check in failed so had to go inside and they even struggled to help us. Lots of errors in your system.

chad mI didn’t get the right trailer. I asked for a closed trailer with a ramp and I got an open trailer with no ramp! I called and asked 3 times to make sure they had the right one. They also said they wouldn’t charge me the 8 dollars for insurance and they did! They weren’t going to charge me the 24 hours and charge me hourly which I got charged for the 24 hours. I needed help hooking the trailer on and the manager looked like I was bothering him… all in all I don’t think I will be going back to U-Haul!
Cassandra EThey didn't have the size truck I wanted to rent for a couple of hour and gave me the next size. There was No price brake. The person behind the desk was new, and seemed a bit lost. He had issues with the system also. He was trying and did have me in a truck quickly after he was off the phone helping another customer. That being said, I believe I was over charged. There was no recommendations for another Uhaul location who might have the correct size or discount 🤔. I use U Haul from time to time for a truck when needed. William FHonestly Kruegers true value always make this the easiest and best way to do this. It's pretty affordable, is so easy to navigate and use, SUPER quick , and every staff member I have worked with has been knowledgeable and all in all I can't think of a way to improve, 10/10 service!!
dakota hHave the furniture pads that were ordered in the truck. Unfortunately I lost about 1 hour of my time and 2 others that were helping me move due to not having these in the truck like they should have been. I am sure it was just an over sight on someone's part but it was very frustrating and I was extremely disappointed as well.

Scott HClean up the floorboards and make sure it’s got a full tank of fuel. The vehicle had less than 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The floorboards were dirty. There was crumbs from something all over in the cupholders it needed some maintenance.
