Our contract got switched from another pick up location due to availability. We had a noon pickup on a Sunday. We were not informed of the switch until 10 am on that Sunday. We were first sent an email, which we did not see until 11:45 am. A phone call was then placed to us and the man from Kuehls Canvas was very rude about us having to pick up the trailer right now because he closed at noon and would not wait. My husband rushed to get the trailer so that we had it but when he got there he said the man was a jerk. We did not know about this change, it was sprung on us and then we rushed to get our U-Haul all while being treated terribly by the man from Kuehl's Canvas. I would highly recommend a re-training for this location or possibly even cutting ties with him. He is a representative of U-Haul despite being an independent contractor and he did a poor job of it.

Give me the correct size truck. I had to make multiple trips because of it. They called me when I was on my way to pick the truck up to say they didn't have my truck available. Never again.

Well for starters be open when your suppose to, instead of making people wait ot side for almost a half hr and end up almost being late on your return. Second maybe people that work there shouldn't leave the bedroom they use to sweep the trucks with on the dash board and then you see it half way down the highway stuck by the wipers. Very dangerous for myself and others on the highway.

It took an hour and 15 minutes for someone to help me with getting my info to get a simple 3 digit code to get a key for the truck. This was not good. I was on a time crunch and I was late thanks to your idiot's trying to help.

Uhaul did not deliver what was ordered. Had to have a 20 foot truck (really 17 ft) make alternate plans, increase our mileage, and create unwarranted stress on my part. Get your act together.

Very Helpful at Location. The online reservation was ok. The mobile phone pick-up WAS A DISASTER!!!! I had to wait until the store opened to get my truck. The phone support at U-Haul were absolutely terrible. All they would do is keep reading their teleprompter over and over and over! What a joke! They could not understand my reservation was tied to my work phone number and I kept getting the error message that my number was already in use by another customer!!! Which was also ME but they didn't care!!!! Worthless!!! U-haul management should listen to those 3 idiotic phone call!!!! The location owner was extremely understanding and accommodating. He was great at understanding and fixing the problem.

It took way too long to check in online. The cab had dirt and sand in it, the windshield was full of bugs, and the cargo area had not been swept out. I originally rented from a place that was closer to where I was moving things to, but u-Haul called and moved me to a different location, which was 20 miles farther for me to drive round-trip, so it was more expensive mileage wise.

This particular location (Keuhls Canvas in Hudson, WI) was very nice to work with, but the overall experience I had with uhaul including their website inaccuracies and some of the other neighborhood dealerships was highly frustrating. The website should not say they have things available for rent at locations when they don't have them. This really screwed up my moving process, adding hundreds of miles of driving and two extra weeks before it was resolved.

The place I rented from (which wasn't the original place I requested) the guy basically told me if I have a tire that continues to go low, that I don't call him, I go to your website. A day after I picked up the trailer, the tire was low and continued to get lower after I filled it with air a few times. I think he was well aware it had a slow leak when he gave it to me.??

The pick up app was a disaster. I made reservations ahead of time but when I arrived it required additional contacts and the app kicked me out. I had to make several calls with minimal progress until as amazing employee (cant remember his name but PLEASE look up who FINALLY walked me through reapplying and receiving the lock box code. He deserves a raise AND promotion. Everyone else passed us off and hung up fast without resolution. Bad experience standing in the cold waiting for approval for about 30 minutes. After getting the keys everything was wonderful.

I made the uhaul reservation at the River falls location and gave them my credit card information. I called several times to verify my reservation and was unable to reach anyone. I got an email confirming my reservation. On the morning of the reservation I once again called to be informed that they did not have a truck at our location and we would have to drive to Hudson. Upon arrival the attendant was rude and did not have my credit card information. We for sure will not be working with you again.

The bed of the truck was very dirty at pickup. We had to clean it before packing our items in there for the trip. The online check in for picking up the truck was great. Very convenient.
