TOM WTruck cab had terrible smokers smell. Inside storage area wasn't clean. Truck pickup area was very weedy making it difficult to take required pictures uhaul truck. On line app had glitch in system causing problems with pickup process according to uhaul representative. This is the only time we have ever had a bad experience with a uhaul location, all others have been excellent.
david kThe only issue we had was the truck did not have airconditioning and the fan system / blower was very weak. Luckily the day wasnt super warm, but having more air would have been great. Kuehl's is a great office and the staff is VERY helpful.
valerie rNothing. I would strongly recommend and would certainly use again in the future. Quick. Efficient. Clean. Friendly. Affordable.
