Nicholas SFriendly, quick service. By the time I had finished the contract, the van was waiting out front with the AC cooling it off for me. Turned the keys back in less than an hour later and was given immediate receipt. Highly recommend!

LONNEY MWe returned the truck after hours and tbere was very limited space to park the truck, we drove around 3 times and my husband owned a trucking company and had to park the truck extremely close to the building and at an angle to keep all the rules)no parking I’m fire zone, don’t block exits…etc. we don’t understand why we couldn’t park it at the Temecula Jefferson location thst had ample parking spaces and easy to park the truck. We had difficulty with the link to do our check out process. Link not easy to use’ :(

Brandy GChris was amazing. This is my 3 Uhaul rental in 2months and I was hesitant to use this location because it wasn’t a corporate store. Chris was much nicer prepared and approached the rental as if he was renting/ the customer prospective. Very nice and much appreciated. Moving is stressful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again over a corporate store.

Roi DTruck was filthy on the outside, windows were dirty with bugs. Worker cleaned windshield before I left which was nice but when I got truck it had a flat tire and it needed to be replaced. Big inconvenience as I was re routed to this location after previous location offices were closed. Lost half a day and delayed my move which cost me money and time.

GARRY HRented a van on Saturday and returned it within 2 hrs because that what I needed it. The location did not process the return until Monday, in the mean time I called Sunday morning to report this but the location was closed so called the corporate number and reported it, then at 5 pm I get a call asking when will I return the van and asking me to call back the location number, called but it was closed so had to call back corporate and apparently they did not have any note of my previous call either. So because of this I have to say location service was bad and corporate was also bad. Fortunately I received my receipt Monday morning and seems to be correct.

RANDALL JThe website was very easy to understand and reserve a truck. The man who helped me at the pick up location was helpful and explained everything with being pushy or trying to talk me into anything I didn't want. When I brought the truck back it was checked in quickly and I had the final receipt before I was home. I will definitely use this location again if I need a moving van again!

ALAN HThe air conditioning was iffy at best. It was 97 degrees outside, and whenever I was accelerating, or driving up hills or crossing small mountains, the A/C would cut out. Completely shuts down. So much of the drive was with no A/C. Not acceptable.

JOSE RI found an AirTag tracking me inside the cab of the U-Haul. It was in the container for the road reflectors incase the U-Haul breaks down. The box with the reflectors had a sticker seal, but it tracked my every location. I only found it after I came home…where it can see my route home.
