luis PChange the sequence of the return procedure. I dropped the keys too soon and I was unable to take some photos that are required. In addition, I encountered an error message online that interrupted the return sequence.
Mark KDigital quick drop off. Took minutes .... easy access drop off box. Signs easy to follow for where to put the truck.

You have great people working for you. My only suggestion for this location is you need a lot more signage: at the road to show where to pull in, where to stage/park returns.

Lisa MMy scheduled return was at 4pm. I arrived at 3:58 and the store was closed. I dropped the keys. The camera was in front of the key box for them to see what time I dropped the keys and was charged another day. How can I drop them off on time if they closed early? Pretty dissatisfied overall because of that.

JAY TVery Clean & Friendly Business. Very Quick they get you in & out so fast. Highly recommend this place to rent U-Haul trucks & their other smog business too. I have been renting Uhaul trucks in Temecula for 22 years and have never met such a kindly and great staff. The smog shop also is the best I have seen in Temecula in 22 years.
