Roger was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to drop the trailer and car while I went to the storage unit to empty the truck.

Karen NI love ROGER and Steven! this is the best U-Haul rental customer service I have encountered in years!
mary jThere is nothing they could have done to improve the experience.
ROBERT RMy reservation was changed and split into two. This made it so the insurance policies were reset. The problem with this is I was only offered accident coverage on checkout and when I needed roadside assistance in my trip I was not covered and had to use other options.
