Truck was filthy on the outside, windows were dirty with bugs. Worker cleaned windshield before I left which was nice but when I got truck it had a flat tire and it needed to be replaced. Big inconvenience as I was re routed to this location after previous location offices were closed. Lost half a day and delayed my move which cost me money and time.
