Clean low mile truck was great. Had a full tank, which is far better than constantly having to monitor and guess how much to fill back to some arbitrary level which almost always results in additional cost if guessing conservatively. Please end the bring back were it was policy, it's screws the customer... or maybe you prefer that?

Not this locations fault but U-Haul needs to give more notice that equipment is not available. Less than 24 hrs before pick up U-Haul called to confirm pick up location and said the didn’t have an auto transport. Had to jump through some hoops to find one and had to drive way out of our way over an hour to get it.

This is no fault to the location but the trailer brakes did not work and the trailer end up sliding down a hill and with out brake control spin into the tow vehicle. No physical injuries but some property damage.
