laura H.This location is trashy! Not very helpful at all. Did not go over the agreement with us. All he did was take my license, card number, then said here's the key. He had another guy point out the truck number. Did not walk me to the truck, which was parked in a very muddy area, and was parallel parked extremely close to the other trucks. It was extremely difficult to get it out of the area. Got mud all over my walking boot and inside of the cab just from getting up in the truck. Do not recommend this place at all! Last place we reserved a truck with was way better and will be the one we use in the future even though it's further.

JUAN R.I was charged a $20 service fee when I turned the truck in only an hour after picking which the pick up time had to be moved down an hour because I had to switch from in store pickup to online although when I booked it in store was an option. The man at the store said the store was open until midnight and he would check it back in I turned the truck back by 1:30 well before the store closed
Rose N.This location is horrible when I arrived there where two ladies behind the counter laughing, drinking, and immediately stating they where closed as I entered before discovering I was using the self check in and out via my smartphone. The man whom checked me in was very elderly and took an hour to give me the keys to the U-Haul, he finally found the key and I had to ask him to direct me where the U-Haul was parked just a horrible location I won't ever rent from this pop corner shop again. Horrible service.

Richard P.I had the rental pick up scheduled for 9 am and the owner of location did not arrive until 9:30. I let them know I was there to lock up my rental. I waited for another 15 minutes and finally went inside as I they were going to get the keys. The lady had not even started to process the pick up. Not a good experience with customer service.

The U-Haul customer service rep called the location and the manager did say that i returned the car hauler and would go online to show it was returned but I still do not have a confirmation text or email. I would never recommend anyone to this location which is a small convenience store. It was not pleasant dealing with the lady manager and old man handling the equipment. Never going there again!!! Very poor customer service.

My rental went from a 19.95 truck to actually getting charged 157.00, the truck had 3/8 of a tank and returned it with that much or even a bit more and they are charging me to refuel a full tank. Definitely disputing the charges and never ever renting a uhaul in my life again 🤬

Martin D.Worse customer experience ever. First the reservation was changed to this location without my consent due to shortage. Was schedule for 9 am when location opened, was there at 920 am. UHaul rep was not there, "was running late". When she arrived at 9:30 am she REFUSED to start working until 10 am. Had to cool heels in parking lot while she wasted everyone's time (not just me) while manager of the mini-mart begged her to help people. Never said a word to me once she finally began checking me in. Uhaul should fire her on the spot TODAY!!!!

After 2 attempts on the website and 2 phone calls to representatives I was finally able to obtain the truck 1 hour later. I walked back in to obtain the keys and I was the only customer. His customer service was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the trailer hook up. The paperwork was in order without error. Based on customer service it's a 100% but that parking lot is in serious need of cleaning up.
Charles N.returned trailer before location opened(7:45 am) and was told that would be ok to just return and take pics and call them after they open and that is what i did but when i tried to call them after 9:00am the phone number listed did not work and later in the day this location charged me 1 more days rental and on the paper work shows i returned the trailer at 4:00 pm on 11-30-22 i have rented trailers from uhaul a number of times over the years but will never rent from this location again thanks

He didn't have our card, so it got denied. Google reviews says he does this often. Google said, “Reviews are not allowed for this location,†(why?).
