The website stopped working when I was doing pick up which resulted in me not being able to finish my pick up steps through the website, the guy that worked there said everything is okay and just gave me the keys. Well.. the problem is that since I did that I wasn’t able to get the start up fuel mileage and I only drove 18.5 miles but they are trying charge me $30 for gas and a $22 fuel surcharge. An extra $17.96 after I already paid $88.81. I will not be paying this.
