I had the best customer service! They asked me if I might need to rent an appliance dolly or did I need to get boxes or furniture pads. I did rent the appliance dolly and I'm so glad I did. I even moved some furniture with it too. At the time I had not even thought about needing these items. I will rent from this U-Haul again. Thank you Robert for all your help!
