Location isn’t an issue. The issue is I had to waste 20 min waiting filling out information and waiting on confirmation through the app to confirm my identity. That is the most asinine process ever. A complete waste of customer time. That should be done during the reservation time or at least informed the customer prior to arrival. I am a customer of many years and my time shouldn’t be wasted waiting on approval at the time of pickup.
