It was easy to find and the staff at Kwik Serv was helpful... BUT I had to call in to a U-Haul representative via cell phone and he was somewhere that reception was poor. I had to constantly repeat myself and twice he lost a connection and we has to start the verification process over. Not a good experience. Also, the gas tank was only half full.
