You did not provide me with my reservation. 12 hours before I was notified that the location of which I had reserved for pick up was not available. This caused dramatic changes including over 120 miles of additional driving and gas that I had to pay for. The application did not work for the pick up. I had to have a representative. Help me on the phone. Very very poor service all around.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery low on gas upon pick up less than 1/8 tank. And tough to get rental had to drive further for pick up. Also overdue for oil change
Morgan KIt was easy to find and the staff at Kwik Serv was helpful... BUT I had to call in to a U-Haul representative via cell phone and he was somewhere that reception was poor. I had to constantly repeat myself and twice he lost a connection and we has to start the verification process over. Not a good experience. Also, the gas tank was only half full.
