Very low on gas upon pick up less than 1/8 tank. And tough to get rental had to drive further for pick up. Also overdue for oil change

It was easy to find and the staff at Kwik Serv was helpful... BUT I had to call in to a U-Haul representative via cell phone and he was somewhere that reception was poor. I had to constantly repeat myself and twice he lost a connection and we has to start the verification process over. Not a good experience. Also, the gas tank was only half full.
