The worst location of ever been to for a U-Haul and if you look at my record you can tell that I rent U-Hauls all the time I will never go back to this location

Reservation not ready at correct time. Waited 1.5 hours. Truck dirty, fuel was not full as reported. No seating area

The U haul place was in a shabby convenience store in a bad part of town. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot and drug addicts buying candy and pop inside. Sketchy place. The owner was nice though and quickly took care of checking the van back in.

Not sure if there is personnel to help with drop off. Had to use the app and it wasn’t easy as the app kept crashing before I could finish the return process.

Absolutely horrific experience picking up a vehicle from this location. Took 45 minutes and multiple phone calls for the employee to figure out how to check out the vehicle for me. I booked over 2 weeks in advance and placed a card on file. The whole reason is because he never checked the vehicle in after the last renter. This location is literally inside of a gas station so while I am waiting for him to figure out my reservation he keeps telling me to step aside so he check out people. Just shows that he did not care about me or my experience.

This location in west Sacramento has very good customer service. Clean trucks and were very nice. I would recommend this to everyone needing to use their service. Thanks guys !!! James

I was charged for approximately $66. Its showing $139 charge on my card.

Service was slow because it was a gas station and convenience store. The guy had to use a phone instead of a computer to complete our transaction. It was very slow.
