Robert KThe truck I rented had an electric problem associated with the cruise control. It worked on and off during the entire 20 hours drive I had do do for this move. Beside this, everything was fine.

Jennifer HThe van that I received was mechanically rough the transmission was sticking and it was leaking fluids on both driveways. The van leaked under heavy rain causing some boxes and furniture to become soaking wet. Overall very low recommendation at this location will not use this facility again.

Elliott PMy original pick up date time was changed due to non-availability even though it was booked online months ahead. Anne reached out by phone call to check in on us as she discovered that there were many notes and changes to my original reservation. She was very thorough and thoughtful. When we returned our vehicle, she was pleasant as always and reassured me that nothing else had to be done with the vehicle as far as pictures, etc.. We didn’t even have to park it as she was going to go through all the next steps to finalize the rental. Customer service at its best with this location.

Steve HProblem with the trailer Clasp connection to the vehicle Tow Ball. It's a new design that snaps into place however, it was too loose and created significant rattling and vibration while driving over typical city streets. This vibration caused the locking pin to dislodge causing the Trailer to hang in the safety chains then crash into the back of my vehicle!

JUN LJamie and Ann are amazing. This location should be the gold standard for UHaul. I’ve seen many locations. This is the best one I’ve ever been too. They alone made up for the debacle on Saturday. Again - will the toronto location rep continue to have our personal info on this device? We wait and we wonder. It’s a huge compliance issue.

Greg LThe only issue I had was with an e-alert associated to my credit card. My card was new with a new number but got flagged as associated to someone called “Darnell” who had an outstanding balance from 2023. It took 35 minutes of being on hold to speak to someone who was was not very helpful and had no personality. She was confusing to both myself and the U-Haul owner and the interaction took over an hour and delayed our move of our daughter from university. I was happy with the Brockville location but very disappointed with the call centre.
