Luis was so great and accommodating! I really appreciate his flexibility with rescheduling and being kind! Would definitely go back and recommend this location.

Juan HFirst off, I completed a reservation online two days prior to pickup. Once I arrived on pickup day(I arrived 10 minutes behind schedule) to find out that they cancelled my reservation and gave the truck to someone without a reservation… I didn’t receive a phone call or email regarding this. Anyway, they had a bigger truck available for extra $10 in which they did give me a discount on mileage. I proceeded to make my payment and shortly after I drove off. I ended up returning the truck the following morning. Exactly 3 days after returning the truck I get an email alert from my bank saying that LA Auto Body charged me $333 for a U-Haul reservation. (Mind you, I only rented the truck for 1 day, which I already paid $90 for the day of). I then called LA Auto Body and they apologized and said that they charged me by mistake. The people that they gave my original reservation to, returned the U-Haul and they ended up charging my card instead of theirs. I don’t not ever recommend anyone renting from this location. I suggest to just go to an actual UHaul location instead of a third party pickup location. Thanks for making my move to LA a great one!(I hope you get the joke)

Julia RI’m my reservation was for Friday at 11:30 pm the place doesn’t have a person to pick the truck so we have to come back on Saturday at 9:00 am and they are close on the weekends. The gentleman was nice enough to come in and help me with my rental then they charge me for blankets and they didn’t have any so still waiting for a refund on that but overall for my first time rental a moving truck I was not to happy with my experience thank you Edwin F.

I originally reserved a 17 foot truck at another location. in Cudahy to find out last min they dont have it and the girl there wasnt helpful at all. i tried calling the customer service number and was on hold for a long time. found this location and the gentleman had a truck available for us. We are very thankful for this certain location and gentleman that helped us

Weon SI'm a 20 year or more Uhaul customer, I rent trucks at least once a month for my business, I used to get my rentals from 6th St in Los Angeles with Tony we recently move to Vernon, this location is just 3 blocks away, Perfect location I thought I was charged an extra day, I picked up the truck at 9:23 am on May 25th and returned on May 26th at 9:00 am the reason I did not return the same day they closed at 5 pm I was charged and extra day of rental and insurance I complained but the person in charge ask come another time to talk to his supervisor or contact corporates office sucks

CHRISTINA ZPlease have correct hours listed on website. My reservation was for 8:30am, but the location does not open until 9:00am. Once they opened, it took over an hour to process the rental, although I checked in online and already provided my driver's license number and credit card. It would be helpful to have a more efficient processing system.
