The biggest issue was at pickup. The employee who assisted me appeared unfamiliar with the rental process and was unable to communicate effectively in English. As a result, it took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete a simple trailer rental. The delay was caused by the employee not knowing how to properly process the rental and having difficulty communicating with customers.

Unrelated to the location, but the door opening of the trailer was actually smaller than stated on the website…actually 5’ instead of 5’1”. I had to move a 5’ crate and literally had to squeeze it in. I suggest checking the dimensions for all trailer door openings and updating the website accordingly.

ALEXANDER AI recently rented a U-Haul from this location, and communication was difficult because the staff member assisting me did not speak English, which made the process take longer than usual. The main issue was that when I returned the truck, the assistant incorrectly marked it as returned empty even though it had originally been rented to me with a full tank and I returned it properly. Because of that mistake, I was charged $157 instead of my actual $79 rate. I contacted U-Haul customer service, and they confirmed the error and refunded the extra charge.
