The man was extremely rude. He complained the whole time about how difficult the process was, it took so much time, he was on a personal call and smoking a cigarette the whole time, failing to read the information on his phone to make the process easier. I didn’t feel secure putting my card information in on his phone. A POS system would have been better as well as someone who doesn’t mind doing their job without being rude or disrespectful.
