The van never came with a padlock for the tail gate. It would have good to know that it didn't come with one. I had to purchase one from the Home Depot across the street. Otherwise this was a really easy process.

Dominique EThese was alot of confusion with the rental but this location was very willing to assist. The only thing that I wish they had is a emergency contact number. My purse got accidentally locked in truck. But there was no emergency number to call for assistance. That's the only downside of this. The location wasn't in the best area, but they were willing to help during normal business hours
