The Dolly and furniture pads I requested were not included. I had to drive to another location to pick up, setting my move back by almost an hour. Terrible experience!

Dominique EThese was alot of confusion with the rental but this location was very willing to assist. The only thing that I wish they had is a emergency contact number. My purse got accidentally locked in truck. But there was no emergency number to call for assistance. That's the only downside of this. The location wasn't in the best area, but they were willing to help during normal business hours
