Everything was great 👍 until it came to the signing for the application online. I just think it was a little confusing, but luckily the guy at the store helped walk me through the process.

Rida SI plan renting again at this location 5 months from now. Had no issues and they have no problems communicating with their customers.

Ivin MArrived at 10 AM for pick up and no one was there and had to wait an additional 15 minutes or a person to arrive. Then we were given a truck with 95,000 miles to drive from Texas to Florida even though another location said we should never get a high mileage truck to do that kind of distance and said you’ll be fine because they keep their vehicles very well maintained. However. The brakes were squealing. The wiper blades did not clean anything need to be replaced and the driving wheel was loose on wheel, so it was extremely unsafe for such a ride.. Also, he did not have a lock on this unit and he did not have the pads in the unit that we paid for so we had to go to another location for the pads that could not be provided in full and purchase luck on us.. He would also not answer the phone the minute we left for anything so had to call Customer Service to call him directly to get answers of our issues and problems..
James REveryone from the beginning when I first made my reservation, was very helpful, and pleasant to talk to. Each person I talked to on the phone had great customer service and Super nice and very informative.

Jason CI wanted a proper company location so the vehicle I was driving could be checked out before I did another 2500 miles , also was towing a boat and this location had minimal parking or room to manoeuvre a vehicle with a trailer
llewellyn s1. They changed my pickup location from Greenvale Ave to this location (Botham Jean) without contacting me so we had to drive to two locations.. 2. There was no one on site (Botham Jean) so I had to contact the 800 number who contacted someone to meet us at this location after waiting 30 minutes 3. I ordered a 4 wheel furniture dolly when ordering our truck, but the Botham Jean location did not have one. I contacted the 800 number again, but they couldn't locate a furniture dolly for me at any other nearby locations They did remove it from my bill. I ended up having to purchase a dolly at a local Home Depot for $32.00.

sandra jTaxing for nothing, Location is absolutely terrible, barely had a spot for the uhaul because it was a small lot with both regular cars and the uhaul trucks. Will not recommend these companies to anyone.

Lewis HSet my pick up for 6 am had a confirmation number and no equipment was set. Left the lot at 7:30 with only one dolly after paying for two. I put gas in the equipment but was charged $80 additional. This was a cluster and the additional charges are outrageous. I called to see about them looking at the charges and was basically ignored

Almegra CNot this location’s fault at all … but even though I selected Truck Share 24/7, when I went to check-in this morning, because my reservation time was outside of the retail business hours, I was given an error and told I could not pick up until 10:00. When I arrived at 10:00 my truck had already been rebooked because I didn’t show up at 08:00. This was a UHaul website issue that needs to be resolved.

ASHA GLet your customers know they he charge over $200 for a wrong location drop off. Also let your customer know its two locations on Botham Jean. When dropping off at the location.

Brandi WIt wasn't in the best part of Dallas, but the gentleman that helped was great in helping me getting the trailer hooked up to my car. I think it was the only trailer available in Dallas or Austin.
