Inform customers that they need to be there 10 minutes before their scheduled time If you get there exactly the time that you were scheduled to get there, the system won’t let you in
Debra MI had to put 4 quarts of oil in the engine. The truck cab was dirty and stunk. The engine service light was on. I contacted U-Haul on line and they assured me the truck was fine. The Dallas pick up was not ready us at the pick up time. The Gunnison drop off was very helpful. Not a good experience overall
