the truck broke down while I had it, had to send my paid movers away because I didn’t want to pay more for them to stand around, then get double charged for using the truck, it’s been over a month and I have not been contacted or received my refund after requesting to speak with someone regarding this and spent over an hour on the phone just to request a refund. I will never rent from uhaul again my experience was so bad, I was also 37 weeks pregnant at the time and it was difficult enough moving during that time.

I will not rent from this location again. Very displeased with service. Uhaul representative was an hour late on pickup date, and had the day off when rental was returned. A post it note with my name and phone number was the check in for the rental. This left me feeling very uneasy and dissatisfied about the whole transaction. Not a happy customer.

Train the people who work there. First, One employee was going to hand me a key without verifying who I was or know how to fill out any paperwork. I had to wait for someone to return to the station. When he returned, he didnt acknowledge me at first or explain why he wasn't there. He used his cell phone as a reference to fill out every line on the rental ticket. It took several minutes to fill out and then he wanted me to sign without any numbers for rental and insurance costs. When asked, he said it would be emailed to me. I asked the cost, said it was $505 which agreeed to amount at reserving. Did not go over any details. Did not take me to the truck to inspect. when asked about moving blankets he showed me a pile out front and I had to count and load my own. By the time I brought the to truck to that area, he had left the premise. There was also an issue with the casing around the ignition. it was split. I had another employee look at and take picture to document. They also made a copy of the agreement that was left by the guy who left premises. I was there way to long with all the info filled out on line. Overall, I do not think this business should be in any position to be representing U-Haul under any agreement. I'd be willing to talk to someone from U-Haul to clarify these details

There was an 800 number for my drop off location. The customer service rep refused to give me a McMinnville drop off location. He called me rude when I insisted I’d prefer a McMinnville drop off. He was the worst customer service person I have ever experienced. He demanded that Sherwood was newberg and lied about me talking too several people about Sherwood drop off. It’s unfortunate because the lady was nice and helpful. She had no trouble giving me a McMinnville drop off location. All I can say is....don’t plan on calling them without being lied to and called names. Wow.

It was not clean and there was only one person at the gas station that actually new what to do for me to rent a truck. had to wait over 20 minutes for them to help all the other customers and then the gentleman came in. the people were nice though. I thought that it would be alot faster since we booked it on line.

The people in charge need additional training not really their fault.They are new and not prepared.The equipment was great as usual with U haul.
