When I arrived the store was closed, it should had been opened one hour before. After that it took the personal 25 minutes to set up and finish the check in. The rented van had a broken lock, I mentioned to him in the rental moment, but took no actions, take no note of it. They charged double for the insurance 60$ even if when doing the reservation was 30$ as it was a 24 hours reservations. The deposit was almost empty only 30 miles (that at the end is always less) forcing us to put gas immediately before been able to drive, this with the already 90 minutes accumulated, brought us to almost 2 hours delay into hour planning. Definitely is not the location I booked and I would not recommend to pick it up back there
