I ordered 2dozen blankets, only received 4 blankets. Plus I could not get the attendant (who could barely speak English) yo give me the time of day or give me the correct credit!!! NEVER again will I hi back yo that location!!!!!
JONATHAN HThey told me they would let me use the dolly for free as long as I physically returned it inside the store but at the end of the return transaction, I did physically return it, I was charged for it. They also tried to charge my card an additional $60 +, claiming it wasn’t them it was Uhaul. But when it didn’t go through, the charges magically disappeared!

RONALD TI was charged for a dolly that was not on the truck and therefore never used it. Would like that refunded - other then that it was a great experience.
MASON TThe customer service was great. Super nice and very easy process. The trucks no matter where intent them from are always disgusting and dirty so it’s not their locations fault, U-Haul seems to have zero quality control.

David JUpon pick up, Truck was dirty and only had 1/4 tank of gas so I immediately had to refuel. Also, the pricing is VERY deceiving! Advertised as one price, but when you actually go ti rent it is is MYCH more expensive than advertised! Plus .99/mile! I expected around $60 and paid nearly $200 for one day local rental!
CANDACE RThe U-Haul was dirty, check engine light was on, two Dollys laying in the back I didn’t need that I had to move out and back into the truck. This didn’t seem like any other U-haul experience I’ve had. 😢
CASEY WLocation was not helpful at all. Internet spotty. Took us an hour just to leave with a truck. Once we got the truck. No dolly.
HUNTERLAND MThis Uhaul location is located in a convenience store. When I went in at the time I had designated there were no other customers, but as we started the rental process people were coming in and I got pushed aside while they were taken care of. As they got free they came back to me but it was starting to get frustrating because I had a schedule to get the truck and get to my destination. I rented a dolly and they didn't have one for me when I got there. I would recommend this location but will tell you to not be in a hurry.
ADAM SPick up and drop off were terrible as I could not get decent reception on my cell and therefore, I was unable to use the app to pick up or drop off. Store employees did finally assist but they were very reluctant at first to do anything. And the phone number for Uhaul left me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Never renting from there again.

Ed HI specifically chose this location did to the availability to do a counter check in. When e we arrived, the counter person would not help us, and we had to do everything through the app.
Donlee LOdometer reading was incorrect and I was charged for about 20 additional miles.
Douglas SThere was trash and pet food in the floorboard. Other than this, everything was great.
Daniel BThe truck cabin was filthy and there was some broken glass in the cargo area. It looked like the truck hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in several months, with small piles of discarded snacks in the floorboard. I uploaded a photo and commented on the mess on the site before accepting. When I noted it was dirty when I returned the vehicle I was charged a cleaning fee, even though I hadn't created any of the mess. If anything I left it cleaner than I found it since I removed the broken glass before I loaded my own property into it. Additionally, the air pressure alert for the back tire came on mid-move and the steering was very loose, with the vehicle wandering quite a bit on the road. Overall, it is the worst rental truck I have ever had.
Thomas GTheir internet ran so slow that it took 15-20 minutes for my payment to process. I stood at the counter very frustrated as the day got hotter, they wouldn't just let me go, despite having my card on file and a copy of my license.
Kevin MTook 45 minutes to "check in" while the guy phoned the prior customer to find the missing Dolly....we didn't even want a dolly. Made us stand there in the middle of the busy gas station while he did god knows what.

Annette BOur reservation was confirmed the day before. We were told everything was good to go. When we arrived, no one could find our reservation though I had the confirmation email. We were told, "I don't know what happened." The person at this location was more interested in helping paying customers than trying to straighten out what happened. After 30 + minutes of going back and forth between them helping other customers and then back to our problem, they found the reservation and we were able to get the U-Haul. This was not a pleasant experience.

Michael SBetter pricing when setting up the rental $84 is absurd for 2 hours. I was very disappointed.

Richard PMy pickup time was 8am and the cashier said the person doing the transaction comes in at 9am that I had to wait for her to come in. She called her and said she was on her way. The truck bed was filthy. Also there was a greasy Tupperware bowl left in the truck. The lady was nice though.
