I reserved an appliance dolly with a truck rental and they didn’t have one when I showed up. Instead of helping maybe find a location that had one, they just offered to cancel the whole reservation. Had to rent one from Home Depot. Truck had NO air conditioning and window defrost didn’t work. It was raining bad and the windows were fogging up. Engine RPM’s also almost red lined a few times going down any hill, regardless of speed or how much I braked. Also shook bad going over 55. Would not rent from Uhaul again. Lined at times

Truck cab was not clean and the AC did not work.
Erin JThe truck was pinned on E in regards to the gas level. Had to add gas before I even left the station to get the needle to even move after turning it on. I had reserved moving pads and they had none. Not quite sure what the point of reserving them ahead of time if the location isn't going to have them there...isn't that the purpose of reserving them?
John SStop charging 3 times the quoted rental price to my American Express card. Mileage was over charged by 8 miles and was charged twice for fuel at ridiculously inflated prices and another 30 percent tax on top! When I confronted the clerks they pretended to not hardly understand English and said call number, it’s not us
Robert WThe location is a gas station in which they required me to fill out on a laptop the same information I filled out when filing the reservation. They do not provide any assistance. Both with the dolly and the hand cart. The staff were more than difficult to deal with and the customer service was incredibly poor. Not the type of location to be renting out UHaul when they can't speak English. Whole process was more than a headache for the cost. I should not have to carry the dolly and hand cart back in myself when I'm.paying you for the equipment. Overall very displeased with the whole situation.
