Gas tank was at 1/8 and noted at 1/4. The app froze up and wouldn’t let me take pre pictures of the truck and or note the miles or gas levels. Lock ok the back didn’t work, ramp hard to pull out, door wasn’t smooth. Also I reserved a 20’ truck and then was given at 26’. Not a great experience all around.

Truck was terrible, and then I got a gas surcharge when I returned it at the same level. Will not use U Haul again when Penske is readily available.
Joshua LThe front tires were balding badly - quite unsafe actually. At first it drove fine, but then it starting revving high in first gear before switching to 2nd gear. And the check in procedure was laborious and time consuming. The lady's English wasn't great and she had trouble verifying the order and getting me the keys. Also, everyone should be aware that, although the base price is $19.95, the way U-Haul makes you put in gas AND pay HIGH mileage, it's going to triple the price, typically. Mine came out to $78 today. Awful, and unsafe equipment. Also, very low gas when I picked it up.

ANDREW PPurchased fuel to refill to the mark and was still charged an additional 25.00$ for the same 25.00$ that he saw me put in at the location. Love UHaul, but won’t rent from this one again.
