Debby (sp?) was absolutely amazing. We did not realize they were already closed when we arrived to return our truck and we could not get the app on our old phones to do the return. She happened to be there and checked in the truck for us after hours. She was so kind and helpful. In the chaos of the day, we even managed to leave our personal keys in the truck. We realized the next day and she got them out for us. She truly went the extra mile for us and was so pleasant. We would highly recommend using them for all rentals!

Dempsey HI pay for a service and expect customer service during business hours. This business was closed and message could not be left because voice mailbox was full. It took an extra 60 minutes to do a self checkout. I will never rent u haul again because of this. I paid for customer service. If I have to do it myself give me a discount.
BRYANT FIf I would not have had my boyfriend and his father with me, I would’ve felt even more unsafe. Nobody answered the phone. Front door was locked. I’m pretty sure people are living in the outdoor self storage sheds. Again, if I would’ve been alone dropping off the trailer, I would have felt extremely unsafe.

Mark SAbsolutely miserable location to drop off a trailer. The drive way is steep and narrow. The apron area and parking lot is to small safely maneuvere a trailer. To make matters worse an old pickup truck was parked further limiting ability to park a trailer. Also know there is a huge U-haul 2 driveways up on same street.

This property needs work and two of the three locations have steep driveways which make pulling a trailer more challenging. Given more knowledge ahead of time, I probably would have picked a location which was easier to rent the equipment. The 6x12 trailer was in better shape with newer tires/rims.

Danny CThe service at this location is poor. This is a rental pickup only location, and the attendant was not competent at handling the transaction. She did not think I had made the correct type of rental, so she tried to override it. I had to give her some of the information three times as she tried to set it up. I had booked and pre-checked in to minimize pickup time. When she attempted to put the reset to my original request, the base rental rate increased by $35. She couldn’t figure out how to fix it. She contacted an area field manager who attempted to walk her through correcting it. They still were not able to fix it.
Robert AThe lady was very friendly, however she had other customers and a dog inside and would not let me in to complete the reservation. Also, there was a lock on the back of the truck that we never got the code for and when we got to the place to pick up the items it took longer than it should because of the lock.

The Lake Murray location representative (Janet) was AWESOME & very kind, helpful and understanding. Call direct to this location for GREAT service! Do NOT use Uhaul.com.

Thomas FScheduled with one location which Vance Horton was great and offered help. Then text sent me to another location and personal there not helpful. Couldn’t help us with lifting trailer as Vance had promised. Ordered open trailer and got closed in one. Trailer lights weren’t working at first and was told wasn’t compatible with our plug. But it did work after resetting the plug. Wanted call back number and she gave me the wrong number. Horrible experience.
