The manager lady was great. Knowledgeable, efficient and helpful to get the vehicle transport trailer hooked up. Then later in the day she was right there when we brought the trailer back and unhooked it for us.

Very rude customer service, and truck was not fully gassed when I got it. It also had zip ties holding the windshield wipers together. Ashley at the LM location was rude, and said she was going to “lie†for me, when I had nothing to lie about. Only photos and facts.

Trailer ratchet mechanisms were rusted and did not function correctly. Office was dirty and representative was inappropriate with her speech. Office computer was not functioning correctly, so I had to stand outside in the cold so she could get her phone to bring up the order while she had her smoke break.
