Michelle, Hayden and everyone at the Page location went above and beyond to assist my husband and I when our engine in our vehicle went out. They helped more than expected, and I could not be more grateful for everything they did for us.

On the website it states the facility is opened at 8, tho the office states it’s opened at 9am. Minor concerns, but it may be helpful for the consumer to know the proper hours. I would like to mention Michelle was fantastic and I would highly recommend their faculty due to Michelle’s customer service.

This site and employee were great. U-Haul as a company were not! They changed my pick up location to over and hour and a half away causing me an over 3 hour delay in my plans. This is totally unacceptable as I drove from Ohio to flagstaff to get the trailer in the first place. U-Haul would also not offer a discount for this inconvenience.

This is the second time in two weeks that I have rented the 15 foot overcab U-Haul truck. The first time was for a lengthy move that spanned over 1000 miles. Let me tell you about the 15 foot cab-over truck! This truck is marvelous! It is built like a tank and is so well engineered. Moving trucks never get very good gas mileage but this truck sings to me. It tells you the speed that it likes if you listen to it. It loves 65MPH and seems to perform the most economically at that speed. It will also settle in to 70MPH with no problem but on the long 1000+ mile trips you get a real feel of what the truck likes to cruise at. I love this truck so much and have rented the 20 footer and the 26 footer.. Sometimes you just have to go with the bigger trucks with all the cargo you might have to transport but if you can manage with the 15' you will be so amazed. Really, I think a person would have to intentionally try to break these trucks to damage them. I really appreciate U-HAUL's low deck. IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Believe me, I have rented a large moving truck from a competitor with a floor hieght of about 5'. It nearly sent me to the hospital. The lower deck floor is heaven. I was also lucky in the last two weeks that my pick-up and drop off U-HAUL buisinesses were very courteous, clean, and helpful.

Side bars inside the trailer were 1/2 unusable because they were broken so we had to be crafty in securing the items inside. Other than that the rental was great

I never made it inside the building because by the time I parked my pick up an employee met me outside, unhitched the trailer and processed the return. Fast, efficient and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Bert was instrumental in my successful experience. Had it not been for him personally stepping in to intervene on my behalf uhaul would've had an upset customer. Long story short uhaul tried to give my assigned truck away and Bert didn't allow it to happen literally saving the day.

The drop off place was the exact opposite of the pick up location. The gentleman with a smile on his face, met me at the gate, as I was pulling in and said welcome, he offered to unhook my trailer for me, so I didn’t have to back up, greeted me with a smile, and answered every question I had or complaint thoroughly And I was extremely impressed by this gentleman‘s knowledge and skill set on dealing with people. Within five minutes this young man was able to restore my faith and trust in Uhaul, that I have been accustomed to over all these years. Please let the management at Uhaul understand it’s representatives like this gentleman that make you who you are. He is the face of Uhaul and I consider myself blessed to meet someone like him in my time of need.

Burt was OUTSTANDING. The facility clearly demonstrated excellence and was clean and organized. He even aided with my BMW motorcycle haul. Wow. This guys is worthy of recognition. Please note I rarely if ever leave this positive of a comment. That is how impressed I was.

Great customer service. The gentleman assured me and provided assistance after buisness hours. Exceptional service and will provided return buisness with the Boat Storage people. Issues, But, lack of trucks provided by U-Haul to this buisness. What I mean is this place is gambling on people dropping off a 20 Foot or bigger U-Haul truck for them to provide to other customers. This personally affected my visit and experience. For a in-town request, I was informed by U-Haul customer service that the only available truck would be in Kanab, UT which is 70 miles away. Therefore for a basic “in town” rental my wife and I had to drive my personal car to Kanab for me to pick up the truck I needed and then proceed to drive back to Page, AZ with the 20 foot truck and my personal vehicle following me back. Waste of gas and a waste of my time. The customer service provided me an additional day free of charge but that didn’t include additional mileage charges. U-Haul managers and higher ups please understand that this is a flaw in your truck share program and also a huge inconvenience to your buisness partners providing you business. Send them trucks and equipment they need so, the CUSTOMER DOESN'T TAKE THE BURDEN. Of course we could have went elsewhere, anywhere else to rent a truck but, in a small town not possible. Please assist your customers based apon region and availability.
