No Jack for trailer, no ramp and customer service wasn't friendly or help full. I've rented U-Haul's before and dealers tried to help me with all the necessary equipment. No concern for any questions to help make my rental safe.

IYOKPI SEasy drop off even when they are closed on the weekend
ROBERT ROne over-the-tire strap on the car hauler was damaged (previously worn off or cut) and was too short to safely secure the tire. I advised the shop where I dropped it off and they said that they would replace it.
