The drop off place was the exact opposite of the pick up location. The gentleman with a smile on his face, met me at the gate, as I was pulling in and said welcome, he offered to unhook my trailer for me, so I didn't have to back up, greeted me with a smile, and answered every question I had or complaint thoroughly And I was extremely impressed by this gentleman‘s knowledge and skill set on dealing with people. Within five minutes this young man was able to restore my faith and trust in Uhaul, that I have been accustomed to over all these years. Please let the management at Uhaul understand it's representatives like this gentleman that make you who you are. He is the face of Uhaul and I consider myself blessed to meet someone like him in my time of need.
