Wear masks - no employee was wearing a mask. Provide all equipment that was requested - I called to let them know I did not receive my dolly or furniture pads and was told I wouldn't be charged for them. I was still charged and then told there was nothing they could do and I had to call Uhaul directly. Just poor experience all around.

The young lady that was there to check me in was extremely rude and uncooperative! Made it difficult from the beginning...was too busy helping other customers to help finish my rental! The process took about 30 min overall just to be on my way. Upon returning more of the same... didn't do her job to inspect and obtain the mileage on the vehicle until I finally had to remind her that it is her job to check me out not mine! Overall extremely unsatisfied and would rather drive 10 additional miles to pickup at a different location!

Place opens at 8 but the person working there can't check out gear to customers so I had to wait until 845 until the owner showed up. Then he didn't help me hook the trailer to the truck or look over the gear with me. Just handed me the key to the truck and that was it.

Beware, it is stated on the uhaul website that this site opens at 8am. You make the appt for that time, etc. I got there and they are not available until 8:30am. I lost 1/2 hour in the morning for my guys and it cost me. I have in a request for rental adjustment. The box truck was acceptable. 100,000 miles on the truck.

The person renting the equipment did not show up until nearly an hour after my rental time. Stated that my rental truck was reserved by two people, which was inaccurate. Had to contact Uhaul to sort out the confusion. Thank God for Santina Nolan at Uhaul. She quickly resolved the issue and completed my reservation.

The truck I rented on line was not available, so I had to opt for a smaller truck, so I went over the day by 2 hours because I had to make 2 trips vice 1 so was charged n additional day; Mr. Javaid was neither cordial nor helpful. The clerk was nice. The overall experience at this location was extremely unsatisfactory compared to other locations that I have dealt with.

we did this order all online. we didn't ask for the safe guard 56.00 charge and when we had to go inside the lady redid the entire order and put that on our charge. we had to pay 100 more than we expected to pay. took way long to even get the truck. the back wasn't clean. we had to sweep it before loading in our furniture.

Staff was rude, and not helpful they wanted me to take care of all the equipment backing it into spaces with out spotters ect. Will probably be using Penske or a different moving truck company due to the lack of respect that UHaul has.

I was charged a after hours fee even though Ihanded the keys to someone. When I questioned the charge I was then told it was a wrong drop off location fee even though the contract I signed stated I could drop off at any location. I even dropped it off at the recommended location that was a 1 min WALK from my hotel. Other than that, it was good.

NOTHING was explained to me during the pick-up...clerk did not do a a walk around of the vehicle with me, I was handed the keys and paperwork and pointed toward a line of trucks in the parking lot. When I returned the truck, the establishment's owner wanted to charge me for the use of a hand-truck that was in the back of the truck, which I did not order. Had they done a walk-through inspection prior to the truck going out, they would have known that it was left in the vehicle. Vehicle was not inspected when it was returned, clerk had me go back to the truck and take a picture of the odometer and fuel guage with my phone and bring it back into them. Recomend this location be retrained on proper procedures for issuing out and recieving trucks/equipment.

So the first issues isn't the fault of the pick-up location, but I reserved a truck almost a month ago, then on the day before I'm supposed to pick up, they moved the pick up spot to 17 m away. NOT OKAY! Got to the gas station for 8 am pick-up and the woman told me that no one from UHaul would be there until 9. Only after I sat and stewed in the car for 10 or 15 minutes and I decided to go back in and ask again did she realize that she really COULD help me because I only needed to pick up the key. She was a nice lady, but clearly not well informed. Truck was really clean and nice though, and was parked out away from the others so I could find it easily.

Be more accurate with the pick up time,I planned on pick up at 8:30 when it didnt open until 9, furthermore the dispatcher made me wait while did other non essential things after I waited 30 minutes for him to open. The website should reflect opening at 9 not 8am and offer a receipt

The drop off location initially told me they could not take a 26ft van, but after waiting awhile they accepted the truck. I had to test one of the attendants a copy of my receipt for them to take the keys. Then they said to park the truck in a different location and leave the keys in the ignition. UHaul shouldn't send customers to locations that are not prepared to issue or drop off trucks.

Attendant at Lake Wright Citgo took my name and my keys upon dropoff and when asked if I needed to sign anything for returning the truck she said no that she would mark off my name that I had returned the rented equipment. However I got charged for an extra two days with the vehicle because this attendant obviously did not know what she was doing.

The key lockbox was not in the truck. It's located inside the establishment. That one little detail took my order over an hour to resolve. It's not the Locations (Citgo) fault, they were friendly and helpful. I blame U-Haul. The chat rep didn't know how to help. The 1800 number had me on hold for over 30 minutes. It took me one hour to get the truck!! The dolly wasn't locked and secured, it was rolling around in the back even though we didn't need it, I put it away. The blankets in the back weren't in their plastic bag, just thrown everywhere. I folded them and put them in bag. I swept the entire box clean too. Tire pressure was low on back right tire. I added Air before driving off. When returned, the tire was low again which indicates issue with rear right tire.

I waited for an hour to get the trailer because they couldn't figure out how to dispatch it to me. I had to be dispatched by corporate. They didn't update me at all through the process. I also had to ask for assistance in hitching the trailer to my truck. Corporate said I could keep the trailer until Monday afternoon and never mentioned the extra $40 charge. I don't understand why I was charged for 2 extra days either. Since it was supposed to be dropped off on Sunday anyways.

When you make a reservation you shouldn't have to go through the same thing again when you get there. And if your system is out of date update your computer customers should not have to go in your garage to complete there order. Also update your number on the paper work giving a fake number so no one can contact you. Should not take 45 mins to rent a truck when you done everything online.

Isn't it their job to have what the mileage and Fuel level is before you rent truck cause they had me go to truck and take a picture of it and put it on the paper work manually for checking it out and returning it also I don't think they check these things cause the seals on the dolly and vehicle blankets were broken when I opened up the back of truck

Trailer needed repair before we could pick up. Tail light out. We had to go to 2 locations to pick up, as first one was closed at 2pm in the afternoon, next sent to a Citco gas station and they found it difficult to fill in paper work and just too busy a place to work on the contract. Very anxious day, running around the city.Also couldn't change the pick up time on the contract, which was 3;45 instead of 2pm.

Personnel were not knowledgeable about the rental of the truck. Another personnel had trouble speaking English making communication difficult. This location did not have all of the pads rented and I had to go to a second location to pick up the remaining pads.

I rented the truck for 08 and didn't get it until 09 that's how long it took. Then he asked me when I wanted to bring it back and I said by 6PM. We had terrible rain and I couldn't return the truck that day. I showed up at 917 the next morning and he said I had to be charged 2 days and told me if I didn't like it to call U-Haul.

Upon pick up of the truck the gentleman was not there and we had to wait for an hour. The truck was extremely dirty inside and out. We had to load the blankets and appliance dolly ourselves.

Took forever turn the truck in. Was very rude and the location was filthy and smelled horrible. He had no idea how to is the system it seemed as well. Both locations should NOT be employed by uhaul.

They were unknowledgable with the software. They couldn't figure out how to process my reservation. It is a small gas station in a rough area. I had to check-in on my phone because they couldn't figure out how to get the software to pull it up. They had one guy go out to connect and set the chains, and he had the gas station owner recheck it, and they had to take all of the chains off and start again. It took between 30/45 minutes with no other customers, just to pick up a simple trailer.

This is a horrible place to rent a Uhaul. They are untrained, unprepared and unprofessional. We had to threaten to call the police in order to receive the truck that we prepaid for. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE!

This is so sad as I never give a bad review,but this is the second time in a row that I just had the worst experience with uhaul. Nobody knows what is going on. I booked and checked out a trailer on line so that I can just hook up and go. It took the better half of 45 min with the tenant keep telling me that my truck is to heavy for the trailer and that he can not rent me the cargo trailer I want to tow with my F250. What gives? Who trains these people. Ad then not to mention to try and give it back. Aaaaaghhhhh

The attendant was incredibly unprofessional and had no idea how to use his system. I was pushed to the back of the line multiple times so he could help his other customers. It took me 30 minutes just to obtain my truck. Luckily I was able to utilize the mobile drop off feature! Not to mention the cleanliness of both the attendant and the store was repulsive! Worst uhaul experience ever!! I have never felt like such an inconvenience!

The manager was not there at the pick-up time. When he finally arrived we had to wait for his computer to decide to wake up. I had to remind him we were to get blankets. When he finally completed the paperwork, he gave me the key, noted the number on the key and told me to go out and find the truck.

We reserved a truck 5 days in advance and it was not available upon our arrival. The attendant offered a larger truck at the same price but couldn't make the system reduce the price. This required assistance by the manager and UHaul district manager (Chris), and it took nearly an hour to check out. The only positive aspects of this experience were how nice the attendant was and how hard she tried to help us. Weather stripping was sticking out of the passenger's door panel, the inside of the truck needed to be swept and wiped down, and one of the tie downs was broken. Overall not a very good experience. We will not choose this location again.

I had to lean over the counter and complete the contract for the attendant, who had extreme difficulty completing the transaction. Spent an hour on the phone with 6 different representatives, one of which hung up on me. Regional manager could not be reached by anyone. If I hadn't wracked my neck to operate the laptop at the counter myself, I wouldn't have been able to use the trailer at all. Even after I got the trailer, it was full of filthy cardboard from a previous user. Overall terrible experience.

The location was great. The Attendant was great. Uhaul making sure the vehicle was delivered at the location requested and having the proper equipment on a clean vehicle was extremely poor. Uhaul customers service agents were great except for the last one I spoke to on 12/01/2017 at 8:08am . She was persistant with an attitude on telling me that I didn't reserve a dolly when it was clearly evident that I did.

U-Haul tried to nickel and dime me for everything; I may have been 5-10 minutes late dropping it off and was almost charged for another entire day. The on-site manager had to over ride this, bt I had to answer 20 questions before it was fixed. Fuel marking was wrong at pick up location, and fixed upon inspection before I drove off however this was not documented internally and I had to explain this several times to the location I was dropping off at and show the inspection review paper where it was corrected so this info could be fixed in the system so I would not be over charged. Long story short: If I did not speak up for myself I would have been grossly overcharged for minute mistakes on U-Haul's part. Overall, the all of the staff was very helpful and the truck was great.

He charged me $14 for insurance without letting me know, I made online reservation and I didn't accept the insurance I paid $57 I should pay $42 I only used the truck for 7 miles and I paid $57 he should refund $32 to me but i got nothing that's not the 1st time for hime to charge me extra
