Turned. In trailer less than 24 hours of having it and they took 3 days to check it in! Only did so after phone calls.

JOHN ALiked that we didn’t have to interact with inside store, wait in line etc. Just used app outside and then left. Very convenient drop off.
TIMOTHY MThe equipment had trash in it, and the tow dolly wheel well on the passenger side was tied down with a shoe string (did not see this upon pickup of tow dolly). This shoe string then broke half way through our trip and then dug in to the wheel well on my car causing damage.
