This is so sad as I never give a bad review,but this is the second time in a row that I just had the worst experience with uhaul. Nobody knows what is going on. I booked and checked out a trailer on line so that I can just hook up and go. It took the better half of 45 min with the tenant keep telling me that my truck is to heavy for the trailer and that he can not rent me the cargo trailer I want to tow with my F250. What gives? Who trains these people. Ad then not to mention to try and give it back. Aaaaaghhhhh

The attendant was incredibly unprofessional and had no idea how to use his system. I was pushed to the back of the line multiple times so he could help his other customers. It took me 30 minutes just to obtain my truck. Luckily I was able to utilize the mobile drop off feature! Not to mention the cleanliness of both the attendant and the store was repulsive! Worst uhaul experience ever!! I have never felt like such an inconvenience!

The manager was not there at the pick-up time. When he finally arrived we had to wait for his computer to decide to wake up. I had to remind him we were to get blankets. When he finally completed the paperwork, he gave me the key, noted the number on the key and told me to go out and find the truck.

Most terrible experience renting a uhaul. Reserved a dolly along with truck which was not available. Got done with everything yo discover the gas was NOT on full as they stated on thr paperwork. Very very disappointed.

We reserved a truck 5 days in advance and it was not available upon our arrival. The attendant offered a larger truck at the same price but couldn't make the system reduce the price. This required assistance by the manager and UHaul district manager (Chris), and it took nearly an hour to check out. The only positive aspects of this experience were how nice the attendant was and how hard she tried to help us. Weather stripping was sticking out of the passenger's door panel, the inside of the truck needed to be swept and wiped down, and one of the tie downs was broken. Overall not a very good experience. We will not choose this location again.

I had to lean over the counter and complete the contract for the attendant, who had extreme difficulty completing the transaction. Spent an hour on the phone with 6 different representatives, one of which hung up on me. Regional manager could not be reached by anyone. If I hadn't wracked my neck to operate the laptop at the counter myself, I wouldn't have been able to use the trailer at all. Even after I got the trailer, it was full of filthy cardboard from a previous user. Overall terrible experience.

the furniture pads were not available. Even though I checked in online ahead of time the process to to pick up the truck and keys still took about 30 minutes. When we returned the truck the computer system was down

Furniture pads I reserved were not available. Store personnel were not familiar with the computer program to check in/out. I had to sweep out the truck before I could use it.

The location was great. The Attendant was great. Uhaul making sure the vehicle was delivered at the location requested and having the proper equipment on a clean vehicle was extremely poor. Uhaul customers service agents were great except for the last one I spoke to on 12/01/2017 at 8:08am . She was persistant with an attitude on telling me that I didn't reserve a dolly when it was clearly evident that I did.

U-Haul tried to nickel and dime me for everything; I may have been 5-10 minutes late dropping it off and was almost charged for another entire day. The on-site manager had to over ride this, bt I had to answer 20 questions before it was fixed. Fuel marking was wrong at pick up location, and fixed upon inspection before I drove off however this was not documented internally and I had to explain this several times to the location I was dropping off at and show the inspection review paper where it was corrected so this info could be fixed in the system so I would not be over charged. Long story short: If I did not speak up for myself I would have been grossly overcharged for minute mistakes on U-Haul's part. Overall, the all of the staff was very helpful and the truck was great.

The female attendant was not friendly at all. She didn't do nothing wrong but she got the attitude of she was doing me a huge favor .
