Make sure you select either in town or out of town. This selection was not available for me. I was originally scheduled for pick up in one place and 7 miles away drop off on another place

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Just a small service center but the equipment was clean, ready and checkout was fast! the gentleman was very kind and attentive came out to my car and hooked everything up for me - he even addressed an issue I had with my Hitch - I was so grateful, would recommend this pick-up site for anyone. -Mary
