Signs and a secure drop box would be nice. I left the keys to the truck with a convenience store clerk, whom I not positive was actually associated with U-haul. Not enough information about how to return the truck. This process took me an additional hour, many phone calls to customer service, mixed directions about the process, and a lot of frustration.

Truck was infested with bugs. Had to go to another location to get another truck. Took 1.5 hours to return the rental so over it. Customer service was very little help transferring me and leaving me on hold until finally the 4th rep got me taken care of.

Benjamin HIt was a disaster. The drop boxes don't match instructions. The person at the store doesn't know anything about the process. The app was giving me trouble to drop off and pick up the truck. I will never use this location again. And I got charged for gas that I didn't use.

Pannaga SOnly one truck. It had wrong tag#. It was dirty inside and out. Wrong lock code to get in. They charged me for appliance dolly but only had utility dolly. Was told I had 348 miles And only drove 308 and got charged an additional $10. Told the employee at drop off our issues and they laughed and didn’t offer anything. Was told storage free for a month they had no record. But we got storage.
