I originally made my reservation at the 909 Paul Bunyan Drive S, Bemidji MN location. I did not appreciate my reservation being switched to another location. This forced me to change my work logistics and lost time unnecessarily. The truck was dirty with food in it and the windshield wipers were completely shot. If my reservation gets switched again in the future, I will not be using uhaul for work purposes in the future.
