Ordered a trolley, was not available at time of pickup; did not go over any instructions related to pickup/drop-off submission on the app or website; as a result was overcharged for fuel with no explanation
JIA HThe van wasn't fully gassed up, only had a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. No one would walk around the van with me when I got it, so any damage I didn't document myself could have been passed along to me. The staff were hideously slow, and extremely unknowing in how to handle rentals. Absolute worst experience I've ever had, and won't ever go back to that location. I'd rather spend more to hire movers if this is what renting from uhaul is like nowadays.
Matt MStaff was helpful, kind, efficient. Vehicles were clean and easily accessible. Excellent service!!
