Make sure when the customer goes to pick a vehicle up that the keys are in the lock box ready for the customer. Took a hour to get on the road. Will not use U-Haul again unfortunately. Got charged twice. What was supposed to be 102.99 turned into 209.99. Not sure when we are gonna get our money back.
