Anders DNasty truck all around windows headlights ( I have to pull over on the highway to clean the lights so I can see lol not exaggeration.) Nasty cabin steering wheel awful with to spear like milk shake of cat vomit? And the cabin smells very bad smoking and human odor and God knows what,,,it was really bad, this is the first time I've seen that in u haul vehicle and I always use u haul

MELINDA GIf you only knew what hell I had to go through to get this van. I was so appreciative of this gentleman helping me out in Lamesa Texas. You all (U-Haul) have a very flawed system that not only needs a top to bottom firing of the big bosses, but people who understands logistics and engineering. You all have been complacent for too long.

fred wHe was a little more concerned about the main business and and not the order people came in . But I didn't mind too much it is a little lengthly of a process . So I understood him doing it. Very friendly and good overall experience .
jeremy lThe personnel did not properly hook up the trailer and it came off of the vehicle a block from the rental facility. This was a dangerous situation and could have resulted in significant damage. He was not even helpful on rehooking up the trailer.
Connie WThey were able to get the charges reversed and called me a couple times during the process to keep me up to date. Even sent me a picture of the receipt for the reversed charges! Can't beat small-town customer service!

Neomia NDo not allow a reservation when equipment is not available. I received confirmation and immediately left for 4.5 hour drive to pick up trailer. I received notice it was not available after I was on the road . Had to get family involved to find trailer and my sister had to drive an hour to pick up and another hour to meet me. (Location closed before I could make 4.5 hour drive) it wAs my sisters 1st time pulling trailer and added expense for her.

MARK BThe customer service was great what was not good was the equipment. The tow dolly straps were broke and the equipment was defective. I called road side service and it took two days to finally have a resolution. I ended up with the dolly damaging my car. I was stranded in the middle of no where.
